Many of us these days are overstressed. Constant input, 24/7 connection and the many demands of modern life can lead to us feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unable to relax.

This 1 hour Wednesday evening class is a chance to pause and help your body and mind reset and remember what relaxation feels like.

Practice conscious breathing techniques (in seat or reclined) and enjoy yoga nidra (a reclined meditative deep relaxation practice). Great for overall stress reduction and the perfect starting place for anyone looking to explore the basics of conscious breathing & meditation practices. No experience necessary. Space is limited to 6. Pre-registration required. Register for one or treat yourself to all 6 weeks Reset this fall. ($30 per class/$180 for series).
