The holidays and the winter season can be a time of increased stress, but they can also be opportunity to connect more deeply with others. Led by TriYoga® instructor Justine Andronici, this workshop will explore yoga tools to support clarity, calm and joy ~ during the holidays and every day. Explore yoga breathing, movement and deep relaxation practices and celebrate the beginning of the holiday season with others in the yoga community.
In our often challenging world, taking time to calm the mind and body can be a beautiful gift to ourselves and our loved ones. Every Body - experienced practitioners and those new to the practices - is very welcome! The workshop will conclude with vegan refreshments and an opportunity to celebrate the beginning of the winter season in community.
