Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just looking for more spaciousness in your life? Spring into Mindfulness with this small group series focused on relaxation, concentration and meditation techniques. Develop skills needed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring more focus to each moment. This series is appropriate for all levels of experience. Drop ins welcome space permitting or pre-register for those classes you plan to attend to secure your spot.
