Spring into Mindfulness with this small group 5 session series focused on relaxation, concentration and meditation techniques.
Develop skills needed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring more focus to each moment.
This series is appropriate for beginners or those looking to jump start their meditation and mindfulness practice. Instruction is tailored to your unique needs. Students will work closely with instructor to build a personal meditation practice over the course of the series.
