Through consistent teaching and guidance suited to real life, Justine helps students deepen their commitment while cultivating greater clarity, steadiness, and resilience. The result is a sustainable, personalized practice that supports you every day.

Meet Justine

A teacher who is on this path with you.

Justine Andronici is an experienced mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teacher with more than two decades of practice. She is also a lawyer and longtime advocate whose work has given her a deep understanding of stress, trauma, injustice, and the challenge of staying grounded while remaining engaged with the world.

Through Path to Calm, Justine offers practical, compassionate guidance to help students cultivate greater steadiness, clarity, and resilience in daily life. Her teaching is rooted in established wisdom traditions and shaped by years of working with people navigating difficult realities.

Justine is certified through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and holds multiple certifications in the TriYoga® tradition.

Join us for a free live mindfulness and meditation practice. Practices are appropriate for all levels of experience.

Explore grounding, relaxation, and nervous system support in a welcoming class. First 30 minutes is guided practice. Last 15 is Q&A and optiomnal practice reflection.

Justine works with a limited number of individual students each year, offering personalized guidance in meditation, mindfulness, yoga movement, conscious breathing, deep relaxation, and wellness mentoring. Each program is thoughtfully tailored to your goals, experience, and life circumstances.

Sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in person at the Path to Calm studio.
