Group yoga, mindfulness, or wellness classes can only do so much. Sometimes you need customized instruction that meets you exactly where you are.

At Path to Calm, Justine offers yoga movement, conscious breathing, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness tools instruction, along with wellness mentoring—all tailored to your unique goals. Sessions are available in a private, peaceful studio or online via Zoom for flexible, personalized support.
