Reset & Restore: This special 3-week in person class series is an invitation to step into more ease and greater resilience. Together we’ll practice simple tools that restore balance to body and mind. Each session offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect with what supports you most.

You can attend any one session or join all three. Each class stands on its own and will also build for those who can make all three.

It includes gentle seated movement, breath awareness, and inviting awareness of challenges with kindness, welcoming joy and gratitude in the body. Dive in to this short practice and leave with a deeper sense of inner safety.

Join Justine for a nourishing grounding practice inspired by the elements designed to reset your nervous system and provide support in times of challenge. In this session you'll be guided to connect deeply with the earth through the elements that make up the earth and our bodies. Settle in, and let the earth hold you.

This brief 7 minute audio practice invites you to connect with your body, relax, and find ease. Find a comfortable spot, settle in, and enjoy.
