Meet Justine
A teacher who’s lived this path
Led by Justine Andronici, an experienced teacher with over two decades of practice who learned these tools through her own collapse and healing. Path to Calm offers more than techniques—it provides consistent support from someone who understands survival mode personally.
Unlike platforms without connection, these offerings are rooted in wisdom traditions and focused on helping you move from overwhelm to regulation in your real life.
Justine is certified through UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and holds multiple certifications in the TriYoga® tradition.
