Path to Calm Practice Space
A steady place to return to breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation.
The Path to Calm Practice Space is an online library of guided practices designed to support you through the realities of modern life.
Inside you’ll find more than 100 guided sessions—including meditation, breathing practices, deep rest, seated embodied movement, and reflective teachings.
Some practices take just a few minutes. Others offer deeper space to rest and restore.
All are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with presence, and meet daily life with greater steadiness and care.
When Your Nervous System Needs Support
Many of us are living with a level of stress and stimulation that the human nervous system was never designed to handle.
You may feel exhausted yet unable to fully relax.
Mentally drained yet still restless or on edge.
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
The practices inside the Path to Calm Practice Space are designed to help your body gradually relearn how to settle and restore balance.
It’s about developing the capacity to meet life with greater steadiness and care.
What You’ll Find Inside
The Path to Calm Practice Space offers a growing library of guided practices that meet you wherever you are in your day. New practices and teachings are added regularly as life continues to change and unfold.
Quick Resets (2–10 minutes)
Short breathing, grounding, and mindfulness practices for moments when you need to pause and reset. Breathing & Embodied Awareness practices and gentle seated movement designed to support nervous system regulation.
Deeper Dive Themes (20–40 minutes)
Body scans, meditation sessions, and longer teaching sessions imbued with multiple practices for deeper learning, rest and reflection.
Specialized Support for Challenging Times
Practices for anxiety, overwhelm, grief, caregiving, and navigating challenging times.
Weekly Community Practice
All Path to Calm Community members are welcome to join our Wednesday Reset, a live weekly practice where we gather together for breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. We also gather occasionally online live and in person to connect and practice together.
Why Practice Here
At Path to Calm you practice with one consistent teacher rather than navigating dozens of different voices and techniques.
Your nervous system learns through familiarity and trust.
The practices here are trauma-informed, grounded in contemplative traditions, and designed for people living real lives—with work, responsibilities, caregiving, and the many pressures of modern life.
This is not a performance-based approach to meditation.
It is a steady practice space where you can return again and again.
Always a practice that meets your needs.
Your Guide
The Path to Calm Practice Space is guided by Justine Andronici, a mindfulness and meditation teacher with more than 25 years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching.
Her work draws from Buddhist mindfulness traditions, the yoga lineage of TriYoga®, and her experience working for many years as a victims’ rights attorney supporting survivors of trauma.
Her teaching focuses on practical breathing, meditation, and embodied awareness practices that help people regulate their nervous systems and meet life with greater steadiness and care.

“I have found the Path to Calm membership portal to be a lifeline for these turbulent times. I can log on when I need some support and guidance in stepping back and focusing on the present moment. And as I navigate perimenopause, the body scan meditation is my 'go to' when I wake up at 3am!”
Alicia
"I love having a 'Justine in my pocket' anytime I find myself needing a moment to ground, pause, and metabolize stress. The variety of guided practice options available caters to my body's needs and my daily schedule, offering everything from a two-minute awareness practice through 40-minute connection and gratitude practices."
Stephanie
Having worked with Justine for individual sessions, it's very soothing to hear her voice. I can just press play and know the content will align with my style of practice. I love how she incorporates nature into so many of her practices!
