Are you a health care, mental health or service provider interested in incorporating more wellness tools into your life? Join us for a fun and informative workshop focused on tools to help restore and rebalance energy, combat stress and bring more mindfulness to your life - inside and outside of your work.
Learn simple, accessible breathing, movement and mind and stress-management practices to increase energy and refresh you on every level—all offered in a welcoming and supportive space. The program includes a mix of discussion, connection and experiential practices to leave you feeling recharged and equipped with simple strategies to help you maintain greater well-being.
Led by yoga, meditation instructor (and attorney) Justine Andronici and Dr. Candace Good, Psychiatrist, Author and Mindfulness Instructor, this program will be a fun exploration of simple tools to bring more ease into day to day life.
