Join us each week - usually Wednesday from 12:00–12:45 p.m. Eastern for a free live mindfulness and meditation and gathering.
Every session includes a brief teaching and significant periods of practice (meditation, breathing, sometimes gentle seated movement) designed to help you cultivate greater steadiness, clarity, and ease in daily life.
Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced for years, you're welcome.

Each Wednesday explores a different theme inspired by what many of us are navigating right now, from overwhelm and uncertainty, to challenging events, to self-compassion, resilience, gratitude, and finding steadiness in everyday life.
